Hello! First of all thank you for reading!

Here is a little bit of information about me. My name is Emma Borthwick, I’m a mum to beautiful Lexie, handsome Sebastian, and delicious Gus, a wife to Bobby, a daughter to Kev and Loraine, a sister to Amy and a friend to many. I live in a gorgeous part of the world in a village just outside Carlisle in Cumbria.

This is a space for me to share my thoughts with you and at times to ask you for answers!  I’m forever interested in other people’s opinions and how they are formed. I hope you will find my topics interesting enough to comment and maybe join me in discussions about the world, the way it works, our lives and the lives of others.

I’m new to this, but, I imagine I will talk a lot about my children and being a mum! Although, as I have the mind of a journalist a few other topics are likely to creep in!  I hope you enjoy reading my blog and look forward to hearing what you think!
